Long time, no see. Last week I was on spring break, and while it was nice to take a week to relax, I was very ready to get back into the studio by Monday!
I have another video for you this week. For the past couple of weeks, I have constantly been talking about the live broadcasts I have been able to help out with, so I thought I would tell you guys a little bit about them! Please enjoy this video :)
(here is the view from the control room)
(here is the view from the talent's seat)
(and here is the really cool piƱata)
oh my gosh, this makes me miss you so much!!! (Mostly because of how dorky you are). But actually the quality of this video was so professional and everything, you must have felt like a superstar.
ReplyDeletePS I love the way your neck starts to look all turtle-like when you get excited about Boston
I miss you too :( BUT only one more week! Yes, I was basically a major superstar for 3 minutes. hehe I got a little too excited

The studio looks really cool! I enjoyed getting (at least a little) view of how things work. And it's super exciting that you committed! Good luck next year, it should be great!
ReplyDeleteThe whole process seems fun! But I think the pinata is my favorite part of the post haha. Keep up the good work! Also congrats on BU! Make sure to go to a few hockey games, their team is huge!
ReplyDeleteahh why can't I see your videos. But at least I got the pictures. The control room looks so official and techy like
ReplyDeleteThis is so interesting to see what is going on behind the scenes. I am moving to New York soon, and so I have visited a few times to test the city out, and every time you walk by the Today show building you can usually see inside of it, when they are done shooting and everything it covered up and shut down, and it's always made me curious to be able to see things like this that kind of explain the whole process. I'm excited to continue following this senior project!
ReplyDeleteHi Cameron. This is Braden Bloom from Lutheran High School in Colorado. I really like what you are doing and I loved the video blogs that you have done! I am currently working on a project and I want to do a video blog post at least once but I haven't gotten around to it. So I see that you are currently doing a lot of stuff with live broadcasts and news channels but earlier in your project (your first blog post I think) you mentioned that you were doing music videos and things like that. I'm curious as to what you want to do with your video filming and editing career. Do you want to go into Hollywood and film/direct big time movies, or do you want to work at a news station and do the sort of thing that you are currently working on as an intern? Anyways, keep up the good work! I am interested to see where the rest of your project goes!
